I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna make my goal within a year. You wanna know how I know? Well, I'm gonna tell you anyway. I missed the first 25 minutes of Grey's Anatomy tonight. Why you ask? Because I was doing ZUMBA. I know! Exercise never came first. I'm feeling really good that I kept going.
Man, for the last two weeks, life has just been fantastic. Funny thing, my scale isn't moving like I want it to right now. I'm trying to see if there is something that I'm eating...usually if I eat too much rice it slows my weight loss, so I'm trying to be really careful. I had gotten away from some of my best practices like measuring, especially fruit. I'm getting back into it. I'm making sure that I'm sticking to my portions and using my free veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, etc.) to fill out my meals.
I feel like I've past a mini test. This is the furthest I've ever been losing weight. I was really nervous or anxious after I reached 100 pounds lost because I knew that I had gotten there before and quit. I'm making sure that doesn't happen again. I'm going to do this. I'm gonna make my goal within a year!
